PIZZA 
1 1/4 c. potato water
1 c. mashed potatoes
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. yeast in warm water (115 to 118 degrees) with 1 tsp. sugar
4 c. flour
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1 cube butter

Boil water, butter, salt, and sugar. Pour over mashed potatoes. Whip egg and add to mixture; add yeast. Knead flour in 2 cups at a time. Spread on pizza pans - 2 large pizzas.

PIZZA SAUCE:

1 sm. can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 can stewed tomatoes
1/2 tsp. oregano
Pinch of salt

Simmer 10 minutes. Spread on dough and bake. Makes 2 large pizzas.
