MISSISSIPPI MUD 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. butter
1 lg. container Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 (4 oz.) pkgs. chocolate instant pudding
1 c. sugar

Mix flour, nuts, and butter. Pat in a 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool. Make pudding. Combine 1 cup Cool Whip with sugar and cream cheese; layer over crust, then layer pudding. Remaining Cool Whip as next layer. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.

Beat until fluffy.
