MISSISSIPPI MUD FROSTING 
2 sticks melted butter
2 c. granulated sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Cake Layer: Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix butter, sugar and cocoa. Add all other ingredients in order listed.

Bake in 13 x 9 x 2 pan for 30 to 40 minutes. While cake is still hot, gently spread 1 1/4 jars (use 7-ounce jar) Marshmallow Crme on cake. Let cake get cold so Marshmallow Crme will have a crusty top. Gently spread on frosting (follows).

Note: Can use at least 1 1/2 jars of Marshmallow Crme.

Frosting:

1 stick softened butter
1/3 c. cocoa
1 box powdered sugar
1/3 c. milk (more if needed for spreading)

Mix butter, cocoa, sugar and milk. Beat until good spreading consistency. Spread on COLD cake. Cut in squares and serve.
