SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE | |
2 lb. sweet potatoes 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. milk 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 8 marshmallows pinch of salt Cook potatoes. Peel and mash. Add butter, milk and salt. Place in a buttered casserole. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Push marshmallows down into mixture. Bake in a 350°F oven until marshmallows are brown, about 15 minutes. Yield: 6 servings. |
