SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) can sweet potatoes
2/3 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Small marshmallows

Blend sugar and potatoes. Add eggs. Beat in butter, milk, vanilla and cinnamon. Bake in well buttered 2 quart casserole at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. The center will be firm when done. Place marshmallows on top the last few minutes.
