FRENCH COCONUT PIE 
3 whole eggs
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. buttermilk
1/2 stick butter
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Mix all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 15 minutes at 325 degrees. Lower heat to 300 degrees and continue to cook pie until firm and light brown.
