FIRST STEP:

1 stick butter
1 c. water
3 tbsp. cocoa

Bring to a boil.

SECOND STEP:

2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar

Pour boiling stuff over second step. Bake 25 minutes.

TOPPING:

1/2 stick butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 box powdered sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
3 tbsp. milk
