1 beef roast, 3 to 5 pounds
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup

Line baking pan with enough aluminum foil to completely cover roast. Place roast in pan; cover with soup mix and mushroom soup. Fold foil over roast, seal edges. Cook at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 to 3 hours depending upon size of roast.
