WHOLE WHEAT BANANA NUT BREAD 
1/3 c. melted butter
1/2 c. honey
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. mashed bananas (3 medium)
1 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. hot water

Beat together the butter, honey and eggs, stir in the mashed bananas. Add the flour, salt, and soda alternately with the water and mix until smooth. Stir in 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Bake in greased loaf pan at 325 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
