PORK CHOW MEIN 
5 onions, sliced
5 pork chops, thinly sliced pieces
3 sm. cans of Chinese vegetables (chop suey)
Soy sauce
1 can mushrooms, sliced

Cook pork in deep pot with 2 tablespoons of oil. Cover pot and simmer port for 10 minutes. Add sliced onions. Cover and steam well. Drain and wash vegetables. Add to onions and pork. Add can of mushrooms. Cover and steam slowly. Add 1/2 cup cold water and 1 tablespoon cornstarch. Add 2 tablespoons soy sauce. Cook 15 to 20 minutes.
