BROCCOLI & CAULIFLOWER SALAD | |
2 c. chopped fresh broccoli 2 c. chopped fresh cauliflower 1 c. frozen peas 2 c. chopped celery 1 bunch green onions 1 c. sour cream 1 c. mayonnaise 2 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt Mix dressing together and pour over veggies. Mix well. Let stand in refrigerator overnight before serving. Note: To reduce fat and calories, I place the 2 tablespoons vinegar in a 1 cup measure and fill with half & half; let thicken and use instead of sour cream. I also use low fat low calorie mayonnaise. |
