BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 (8 oz.) crescent rolls
1 lb. sausage, browned & drained
1 (24 oz.) pkg. Ore-Ida hash brown potato squares
Salt & pepper to taste
1 lb. grated cheddar cheese
7-8 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk

Spray 9"x13" pan with Pam. Press crescent rolls into pan. Cover with sausage, then potatoes and salt and pepper. Cover with grated cheese. Combine eggs and milk and pour on top of the cheese. Bake in preheated oven 50 to 65 minutes.

Variation: Add one package of frozen chopped broccoli and/or mushrooms.
