BROCCOLI AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) boxes broccoli
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, sliced
1/2 c. butter, melted
36 (1 stack) Ritz crackers, crumbled
1/2 c. milk

Cook and drain the broccoli. Mix cracker crumbs with melted butter. Layer broccoli, crackers, and cheese in a casserole dish as many times as necessary, making the top layer cheese. Pour milk over top. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 25 minutes. Makes 6- 8 servings.
