PICADILLO 
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. tomato sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. cloves (ground)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Picante sauce

Heat oil in skillet and wilt onion. Remove onion and drain. Brown ground beef and drain. Add onion and all other ingredients, except raisins, garlic powder, and picante sauce. Cover pan and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove lid, add raisins and garlic powder. Cook over medium heat until most of liquid is gone. Add picante sauce to taste. Serve with tortilla and grated cheese.
