APPLE CRISP 
4 or 5 apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. oatemal
3/4 c. flour

Fill pie tin with apples to half full. Cover with sugar and cinnamon. Mix brown sugar, butter, oatmeal and flour. Press down on top of apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve with ice cream or Cool Whip.
