BERRIED DELIGHT 
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese
3 1/2 c. + 2 tbsp. milk
3 c. Cool Whip whipped topping
2 pts. fresh strawberries
2 pkgs. (4 serving size) vanilla instant pudding

Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and melted butter. Press firmly into bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Chill 15 minutes. Beat cream cheese, softened with 1/4 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons milk until smooth. Fold in 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip.

Spread over crust. Top with 2 pints strawberries, hulled and sliced. Prepare vanilla pudding mix with 3 1/2 cups milk. Pour over berries. Chill several hours or overnight. Shortly before serving, spread 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip over pudding. Garnish with strawberries, if desired. Makes 15 servings.
