LEMONADE

1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1/3 c. lemon juice
4 c. water

Make simple syrup by cooking the 1 cup sugar with the 1 cup water for 3 minutes.

To make 1 quart of lemonade, mix:

3/4 c. sugar/water syrup
1/3 c. lemon juice
4 c. water
