CHICKEN FRICASSEE 
2 lbs. chicken, whole or cut up
2 cans tomato sauce
1 sm. onion
1 sm. green pepper
1 can mushrooms
1 sm. box raisins
Salt and pepper
Garlic salt

Saute onion and green pepper in oil in a large pot. Add tomato sauce and let simmer until sauce starts to thicken. Add seasonings. Clean chicken and add to sauce; let cook for about 45 minutes. About 15 minutes before chicken is done, add raisins and mushrooms. Serve with white rice.
