CHICKEN DIVAN CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli spears
2 whole chicken breasts
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 to 2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 to 2 c. shredded Old English cheese

Microwave broccoli for 2 minutes. Drain well and cut into medium chunks. Cook chicken and cut into medium chunks. mix soup, mayonnaise, curry powder and lemon juice. set aside. Butter a 9 x 13 glass casserole. Place broccoli (season it), chicken (salt and pepper), then sliced water chestnuts. Spread soup mixture over all. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Place 1 can of French fried onion rings on top. Bake until golden brown.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
