1 pkg. chocolate instant pudding and pie filling
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 pkg. chocolate or devil's food cake mix
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. milk

Combine all ingredients and mix well, 2 minutes. Pour into well-greased and floured 12-cup bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Cool 15 minutes in pan and remove, then cool completely.
