BROCCOLI SOUFFLE 
1 box frozen chopped broccoli (cooked and drained)
1 tbsp. butter (melted)
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. mayonnaise
3 eggs (slightly beaten)
1/2 c. milk

Melt butter in saucepan. Mix in flour. Add mayonnaise, mix well. Add cooked, drained broccoli. Mix. Add eggs and milk. Pour into greased casserole or souffle dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
