YORKSHIRE PUDDING 
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
Roast beef drippings

Mix flour and salt into mixing bowl. Make a well in the center. Add eggs and milk and beat until creamy. Coat muffin tin cups with the beef drippings or butter. Fill muffin tin cups half way and bake 20 to 30 minutes in a 450 degree preheated oven. Do not open oven door during this time! Check pudding through oven window for appropriate brown finish. Serve immediately.

Makes 10 to 12.
