IMPOSSIBLE CHEESECAKE 
3/4 c. milk

2 tsp. vanilla

2 eggs

1 c. Bisquick

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

1/2 c. sugar

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream

2 tbsp. sugar

2 tsp. vanilla

Grease 9 inch pie plate. Put milk, vanilla, eggs, sugar and Bisquick in blender. Blend on high 15 seconds. Add cream cheese. Blend on high 2 minutes. Pour into pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes until center is firm. Cool. Spread with topping.
