IMPOSSIBLE PINEAPPLE FLOP CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple with juice
2 tsp. baking soda

Blend with spoon thoroughly. Do not beat. Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13 pan for 35-40 minutes. Cover with topping 5 minutes after taking from oven.

TOPPING:

1 stick butter
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. sugar

Cook until thickened, at least 10 minutes. Add 1/2 cup coconut and 1/2 cup walnuts. Cook 5 minutes more. Spread over cake.
