MICROWAVE PEANUT BRITTLE 
1 c. raw peanuts
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. corn syrup
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. butter
Pyrex bowl

Combine sugar, syrup, salt and peanuts. Cook 8 minutes on high. Stir after 4 minutes. Finish cooking time. Add butter and vanilla. Cook 1 minute. Add baking soda, stir until foamy. Immediately pour onto buttered cookie sheet to cool.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
