SCALLOPED CHICKEN 
1 cooked chicken, cut up in sm. pieces
5-6 c. coarse bread crumbs (sm. pieces)
3/4 c. chicken fat
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. sage
Salt as desired
1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. finely chopped
1 1/2 - 2 c. broth

Toss the cut up chicken, bread crumbs, seasonings with fat and the milk. Add the broth slowly and blend well. mixture should be quite moist. Pour into a greased casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
