OVEN BAKED POTATOES 
4 cans whole potatoes
8 oz. sour cream
1/4 lb. butter
Chives to taste
1 med. onion, minced
6 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
3/4 c. shredded sharp cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper

Dice potatoes, fry with butter in skillet until slightly brown. Add sour cream, chives, bacon, onions and pepper. Cover with shredded cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees until bubbly, about 30 minutes.
