BAKED SALMON RICE BALLS | |
1 lb. can salmon 1 c. cooked rice 1 tbsp. minced onion 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. bread crumbs 1 can cream of mushroom soup Mix salmon, rice, eggs, onion, salt and bread crumbs. Form into balls. Mix soup with 1/2 can water. Place in shallow pan and arrange balls in sauce. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. |
