CURRIED SALMON OVER RICE 
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can drained salmon
1/3 c. chopped green onion
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. sour cream
4 c. hot cooked rice

In a small saucepan saute onions in butter. Add curry powder. Stir in sour cream and gently fold in salmon. Heat thoroughly, but do not boil. Serve over hot cooked rice.
