MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
2 sticks butter, melt and cool
4 eggs, beaten well and add to butter
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar

Add dry ingredients to butter mixture and mix well. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle 1 cup chopped pecans on top. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in 350 degree oven. Remove from and sprinkle one small bag of miniature marshmallows over hot cake; press down a bit.

ICING:

1 box powdered sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick soft butter
1/3 c. cocoa

Mix all together and spread over hot cake.
