QUICK CHILI 
1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef or ground venison
2 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans
2 pkg. mild chili seasoning mix
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste

In an iron skillet, brown beef, drain excess grease. In a crock pot, combine remaining ingredients. Mix well, add ground beef, simmer 3-4 hours until thick.
