1 c. butter 1/3 c. confectioners' sugar 3/4 c. cornstarch 1 c. flour Cream butter well. Add other ingredients in order and cream well. Refrigerate one hour. Drop by teaspoon on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 minutes. ICING: Blend 2 tablespoons butter (melted), 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 cup confectioners' sugar. Add few drops milk if needed for spreading. Add food coloring of choice for icing. |
