POPOVERS 
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
3 eggs
2 tsp. oil
1/2 tsp. salt

Preheat oven and pan at 450 degrees.

Combine oil and above and blend in a blender on high speed until bubbles form, approximately 10 seconds. Fill popover pans 1/2 to 3/4 full depending on how large you want your popovers to be.

Bake 20 minutes at 425 degrees, reduce heat, bake additional 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 6 popovers.
