PORK BARBECUES 
Pork roast
Ketchup
BBQ sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 or 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. vinegar
3 or 4 drops Worcestershire sauce
Sm. dash hot sauce
Sm. dash chili powder
Salt & pepper on roast

Cook salted and peppered pork roast in water on top of stove until done. Take meat out of broth, cool, then flake meat apart; set aside.

In broth, add mayonnaise and blend for a second. Add all remaining ingredients. Mix together and cook until well blended about 15 minutes. Add flaked meat to sauce and simmer until thick enough to suit you.

NOTE: Amount of ingredients can vary depending on the size of roast you want and to individual taste. Also mayonnaise is difficult to blend, eventually it melts and blends together.
