MEXICAN HOT DISH 
12 flour tortillas
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 tbsp. chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (23 oz.) can Ranch beans
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chopped Rotel tomatoes
1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Brown meat and seasonings. Line greased 9x13 inch pan with 6 tortillas. (Line bottom and sides, tear them up to fit.) Put meat mixture on top, beans on top of that, and cubed cheese on top next. Put remaining tortillas on top. Top with soup and Rotel tomato mixture. Bake covered at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
