BRANDY SAUCE 
1/2 lb. butter
1 lb. brown sugar
3 lemons, the juice & grated rinds
1/2 c. brandy
2 whole eggs

Put ingredients in top of double boiler. Beat with rotary beater over boiling water for about 5 minutes or until it thickens. Serve hot over fruitcake. Makes 3 1/2 cups. Okay for freezing.
