LOW CHOLESTEROL CRUSTLESS QUICHE 
2 c. cottage cheese
1/4 lb. Fleishmans butter
1/2 c. flour
Egg substitute equivalent of 6 eggs
1 c. skimmed milk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese

Add flour gradually to egg substitute, then milk. Add all other ingredients; blend in food processor mixer. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan that has been sprayed with Pam.

Bake at 350 or 325 degrees if glass casserole for 45 minutes or until set. You may add any vegetable you like. Spinach is nice to use. Cook spinach and press out water.

Our favorite is imitation crabmeat (6 oz.) or bacon or ham.
