LOW - CHOLESTEROL BANANA BREAD 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. crisco
Cream together then add:
3 tbsp. sour cream or 1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 lg. mashed bananas
2 c. flour

Mix all together and pour in greased and floured 4 small bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
