LOW CAL BANANA BREAD 
2 bananas
2 eggs, medium
1/2 c. Crisco (room temperature)
1/4 c. raisins
1 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. nuts, optional

Mash bananas. Beat, with mixer on high speed, bananas, eggs and Crisco. Add dry ingredients and mix until moist. Bake at 325 degrees in a greased 5 x 9 inch loaf pan for 50-60 minutes.
