BEAN SOUP 
3 qt. water
1 lb. navy beans
1 lb. ham, cubed
1 ham bone
2 celery stalks, diced
2 carrots, diced
1 onion, diced
1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce

Put on lid and bake in 325 degree oven for 4 hours. Salt and pepper to taste.
