POTATO SALAD FOR 25 | |
8 lbs. potatoes, peeled, cooked and diced 2 c. diced kosher pickles 2 c. onions, chopped 2 c. celery, chopped 1 c. bacon bits 2 c. salad dressing 1 c. spicy brown mustard 1/2 c. vinegar 1/2 c. sugar Combine potatoes, pickles, onions, celery and bacon bits. Blend salad dressing, mustard, vinegar and sugar. One half hour before serving toss together. 25 half cup portions. |
