FRESH VEGETABLE DIP 
1 c. lowfat cottage cheese
1/2 c. plain low or non fat yogurt
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1 garlic clove, minced
2 green onions, chopped
1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped

Place cottage cheese in food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Add next 5 ingredients and process until mixed well. Place mixture in bowl, cover and chill until ready to serve. Makes 1 1/2 cups. Serving size 1 tablespoon - 12 calories; .3 grams fat; 42 mg sodium.
