BEEF STROGANOFF | |
1 round steak, medium size 1 (3 oz.) can of tomato paste 1 (8 oz.) sour cream 1 beef bouillon cube 1 pkg. medium egg noodles, cooked 3 tbsp. flour 6 tbsp. butter 1 sm. onion Cut round steak into small cubes. Slice onion into small pieces. Melt 3 tablespoons butter in frying pan. Add steak cubes and onion slices. Place on medium heat until meat is brown. Take out of pan and set aside. Stir in flour. Keep stirring. Dissolve bouillon cup in 1 cup boiling water. Add 3 tablespoon butter to flour mixture, keep stirring. Add sour cream and tomato paste and stir. After mixed together, add meat and cooked noodles. |
