SUPREME SALMON LOAF 
Juice of 1 lemon
1 lb. can salmon
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. cooked rice
1 can tomato soup
1 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
Salt & pepper
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Add lemon juice to salmon. Saute onions in butter. Mix salmon, onions, rice, tomato soup, milk, eggs and seasoning. Put in greased casserole. Cover with bread crumbs, dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
