MICROWAVE LASAGNE 
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
15 oz. "lite" ricotta cheese
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 lasagne noodles
16 oz. shredded or sliced "lite" Mozzarella cheese

Cook ground beef on high in microwave 2 minutes. Stir and cook 1 minute longer. Drain. Pat dry with paper towel. Combine ground beef, spaghetti sauce and 1/2 cup water. Combine ricotta cheese, egg and pepper.

Spread 3/4 cup meat sauce in bottom of 7 x 11 x 2 inch microwave-safe glass lasagne dish. Then layer 4 lasagne noodles, 1/2 of the ricotta cheese mixture, 3/4 cup meat sauce, 1/2 of the Mozzarella cheese. Repeat above layers, end with sauce on top. Cover with plastic wrap.

Cook on full power (high) for 8 minutes. Finish at 50% power for 29 minutes. Let stand for 15 minutes and serve. Serves 8.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
