STEAK SALAD 
1 lb. steak (your choice)
2/3 c. salad oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
4 oz. Swiss cheese
1/4 c. green pepper
2 tbsp. diced onion
6 c. torn Romaine lettuce

In screw-top jar combine oil, lemon juice, peel, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and salt. Shake to blend. Pour over steak in shallow dish, cover, marinate 4 hours at room temperature or overnight in refrigerator. Broil steak 3 inches from heat to medium rare (5 to 10 minutes on each side). Cool, slice thin. Combine with other ingredients. Toss with marinade.
