COCOA PUFF COOKIES

1 1/4 c. white Karo syrup
1 c. sugar

Bring just to a boil. Stir in 1 1/4 cups peanut butter. Pour over mixture of:

1 1/4 c. Cocoa Puff cereal
1 c. peanuts

Drop on waxed paper. Could also use Cheerios instead of Cocoa Puffs.
