3 eggs
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 lg. can evaporated milk
3 tbsp. flour
Nutmeg to taste

Grease and flour a 9 inch glass pie pan. Combine all ingredients in a blender for 3 minutes. Pour into pie pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. The pie will rise but will fall when taken out of the oven.

If you don't have a blender, use your mixer for about 2 minutes.
