CHICKEN ALMADINE 
3 c. diced cooked chicken
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can diced mushrooms
1 c. diced celery
1 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. raw rice, cooked
1 c. Miracle Whip
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can chow mein noodles

Mix first 7 items. Mix soup and Miracle Whip together. Add to other items. Put into 2 quart casserole. Top with chow mein noodles. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4-6.
