COTTAGE CHEESE PIE 
1 pt. cottage cheese
1 pt. dry curd cottage cheese
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. golden raisins
1 tbsp. cornstarch

CRUST:

2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 c. flour
1 egg

Mix filling ingredients and set aside. Mix butter and dry ingredients for crust. Add slightly beaten egg to milk and combine with dry ingredients. Knead just enough to make dough stick together. Roll crust 1/4 inch thick. Place in pie pan and fill with cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees until crust is brown (about 25 to 30 minutes) and filling is thick. Filling will continue to set as pie cools. (Top of filling can be sprinkled with cinnamon before baking.)
